That is an interesting question, though I think most times I only notice because it pinches or hurts somehow. I guess there are times when I feel my lips and have to adjust in order to be comfortable again. Sometimes when I sit down my labia can get pinched and it's actually quite painful. So, I'll have to adjust my jeans as well as my panties and sit back down again. With looser fitted clothes I can sometimes feel my lips rub against my panties. When I wear a bikini I remember that I have larger lips that can be seen outlined in my bikini bottoms. It's even more obvious because I have my hood pierced. Then I think it's kind of hot. If I'm wrapped in a towel, I can sometimes feel my lips rub against the soft cotton and that feels really nice. Most of the time I just think about how I have large lips and nobody knows. I find that pretty hot too.

I imagine wearing a towel as compared to see jeans is definitely a different sensation and while jeans can have the tendency to pinch, due to the material as well as how tight they fit. . .it can get pretty uncomfortable.

And yes, you having large lips without anyone knowing is pretty hot. . .if I'm honest, I often try to correlate how a woman's face looks and what her labia look like as well.

While statistically, the way a woman's face (her lips on her face specifically) looks has virtually no effect on what her labia look like, I often find myself wondering whenever I see a woman I'm attracted to.
